Frank Galati, Anna D. Shapiro Set for April 23 Panel Discussion

Tony Award winners Frank Galati and Anna D. Shapiro will take part in a public conversation on April 23 at 4:30pm at Annie May Swift Hall in Evanston. Martha Lavey, artistic director of Steppenwolf Theatre, will moderate the event, which will raise funds for The Sarah Siddons Society’s scholarship fund.


Galati and Shapiro will be discussing their work as directors in Chicago and New York. Among his credits are Grapes of Wrath and Ragtime for which he won Tony Awards. Shapiro received a Tony Award for directing August: Osage County.
