Tom Hardy to Star in Goodman’s Long Red Road, Directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman

Tom Hardy will star in the Goodman Theater’s world premiere of Brett C. Leonard’s The Long Red Road. Stage and screen star Philip Seymour Hoffman will direct the production, which runs February 13-March 14.

Hardy will play Sam, a man trying to forget his role in a tragic accident. The cast also includes Marcos Akiaten (Clifton), Greta Honold (Annie), Chris McGarry (Bob), Fiona Robert (Tasha), and Kathleen Sullivan (Sandra).

Hardy received an Olivier Award nomination and a London Evening Standard Theatre Award for his role in All Be Kings. His film credits include Wuthering Heights, RocknRolla, and Bronson.
