Stephen Mangan is making his Broadway debut in the title role of The Norman Conquests. His theater credits include work with London's Royal Court, the Royal Shakespeare Company, and Cheek by Jowl. Among his many British TV appearances is an episode of I'm Alan Partridge that also featured his Norman Conquests co-star Amelia Bullmore. His other prominent credits are Adrian Mole: The Cappuccino Years, Green Wing, and his current series, Free Agents. Mangan has appeared in such films as Festival (which also featured Bullmore) and Billy Elliot, in which he played the ballet doctor, Dr. Crane.
