Bio:
Born in Houston, Texas, Phylicia Rashad is most widely know for playing Clair Huxtable opposite Bill Cosby on the long-running sitcom, The Cosby Show. Rashad made her Broadway debut in The Wiz. Her other Broadway credits include Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Cymbeline, A Wonderful Life, and A Raisin in the Sun for which she won the 2004 Tony Award for Best Actress in a play.
