Jonathan Cake's Broadway appearances include The Philanthropist, Lincoln Center's Cymbeline, and Medea. Off-Broadway he has been seen in Parlour Song and Ethan Coen's Almost an Evening, both produced by the Atlantic Theater Company. In Britain, Cake has done extensive work with the National Theatre, Shakespeare's Globe, and the Royal Shakespeare Company. He had roles in the films First Knight, True Blue, Honest, The One and Only, and Miramax's Brideshead Revisited. On TV he has appeared on Six Degrees, Empire, Inconceivable, Showtime's Out of the Ashes,?and, in the UK, Ricky Gervais' Extras.
