BIO

Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Betty Buckley made her Broadway debut in 1776 as Martha Jefferson. She is perhaps best known, however, for originating the role of Grizabella, and singing the song "Memory" in the Broadway smash hit production of Cats. Her other Broadway credits include Triumph of Love, Sunset Boulevard, and the infamous flop Carrie. She has appeared on television in Law and Order, Without a Trace, and HBO's Oz.
