Allison Janney is an award-winning actress whose stage credits include the 1997 revival of A View From the Bridge and 1996's Present Laughter. She is perhaps best known for her portrayal of White House Press Secretary C.J. Craig on NBC's The West Wing. During the run of that popular television series and after she has acted in numerous films including Drop Dead Gorgeous, Finding Nemo, Strangers With Candy, and the film version of Broadway's Hairspray.
