Alison has appeared in numerous community productions before making her Broadway debut as Louise in Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of Sunday in the Park With George. She played Young Fiona in the workshop production of Shrek: The Musical. She currently shares the role of Jane Banks with Alexandra Berro and Cassady Leonard in the Broadway production of Mary Poppins.
