Born in the Ukraine, Maksim Chmerkovskiy is a professional Dancer. Best known for his paticipation in the ABC reality show Dancing with the Stars, Chmerkovskiy made his Broadway debut in the summer of 2009 with Burn the Floor. He is engaged to Dancing with the Stars and Burn the Floor co-star Karina Smirnoff.
