Theatre/film/television star Mackenzie Crook recently made his Broadway debut in the West End transfer of The Seagull. Perhaps most famous for his role of "Gareth" in the original BBC version of The Office, Crook began his career as comedian as part of the duo Chalk and Cheese. He appeared in each of the Pirates of the Caribbean films as the wooden-eyed pirate "Ragetti". Soon after the first Pirates film he appeared in the film version of Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice, The Brothers Grimm, and City of Ember. Other theatre credits include The Exonerated and the Wend End production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest as "Billy Bibbitt".
