Robbyne is a very well established entertainer in the New York City community and especially its gay community, where she has become hugely popular with major LGBT NYC party and event promoters, including Mark Nelson--promoter of the nations largest LGBT events, including Gay Days at Disney, NYC Gay Pride Pier Dance, and Fairgrounds at Great Adventure. Also with promoters Daniel Nardiccio (she is the DList advice diva for his radio show), Maxson Scott, Robert Valin as well as others. She has received only outstanding reviews from any and all press and has never gotten press that was anything less than glowing.

Robbyne's success has come from from her command of the stage, her substantive material and also her wide range--from 'falling off your chair' hilarious to very provocative and poignant, often leaving the audience close to tears. It is this and the fact that her work, her delivery and her mastery of the stage that make her incredibly unique and yet extremely accessible. I have spent many years here in PTown (and just moved here year round) and feel that she would be very well received here given the types of shows that I have found to be successful here. She appeals equally to the gay set as she does the heterosexual set as her message is universal.

Robbyne just got out of the recording studio working with DJ, Randy Bettis, where she just remixed her dance track, "Free To Love" which was featured on the home page of the "Marriage and Equality" website. This track will also be featured on dance-oriented Centaur label's upcoming and soon-to-be-released "GAY DAYS" CD.
