Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater Receives $1,000,000 Gift

Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (WHAT) has received an anonymous $1,000,000.00 gift, payable over four years, to be used toward staffing enhancements and new programming.

Additionally, the company has announced that Carol Green will be stepping down as board president, a position which she has held since 2000. She will be succeeded by John Dubinsky, who has previously held such positionas as chairman of the St. Louis Rep Theatre and the St. Louis Regional Housing and Community Development Association.

Currently on stage at the theater is Danny Casolaro Died for You by Dominic Orlando, which runs through October 17. As previously reported, the company’s next production will be James B. Murphy II’s Promise, running October 29=November 21.
