WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
LOS ANGELES, This one-woman show, Year Of The Slut, is a racy, coming of age comedy written and performed by the talented, young actress Jennifer Lieberman. The play is directed by Vincent Tula. Two Performances ONLY. Tuesday January 11th and Wednesday January 12th at 8:00pm ...the off to NYC for the Frigid Festival.
Year Of The Slut chronicles the hilarious, absurd and sometimes heart-warming adventures of a naive Jewish Canadian girl who moves to New York City. As a horny 18-year-old virgin, our hero begins her rocky but starry-eyed quest for the perfect storybook romance.
Jennifer Lieberman shines in this one-act play about first loves, heartbreak, and erotic adventures. Jennifer sensually weaves her provocative and clever poetry across the stage while bringing ten vivid characters to life.
Year Of The Slut is elevated by original music written by Grammy-award-winning composer CJ Vanston. The accompanying choreography has been arranged by Danielle Hobbs (see Beyonce's Baby Boy music video).
