WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The Rocky Horror Show revolves around Brad and Janet, a wholesome, all-American couple who stumble across a strange castle inhabited by "creatures of the night." Leading the gruesome bunch is the seductive Frank N' Furter, a cross-dressing alien from the planet Transsexual. Other crazy characters include Magenta, the psychopathic maid; Rocky, the pretty blue-eyed Frankenstein creation; and Riff-Raff, the humpback butler. Audience members are encouraged to wear costumes to the show. Props are allowed, but please substitute confetti for rice for the safety of the actors!
Sebastian Bach joins the cast as Riff Raff.

Some people forget (or just don't know) that The Rocky Horror Picture Show started off as a small-scale stage production in London. Within the space of 18 months, Rocky time-warped its way to motion picture land and international fame. Now, 25 years later, The Rocky Horror Show (minus the word "picture" from the film title) is on Broadway at Circle in the Square with a stellar cast of rock & rollers, Rent & Hedwig-alums, and a witty talk show host along for the ride.
Walls adorned with red, plush fabric filled with impressions of mummified bodies set the eerily gleeful atmosphere for the show as one descends the stairs to the theater. The audience encircles the three-quarter thrust mai[...]
