In celebration of his continuing 12-year relationship with Second Stage, David Stone will be honored in an evening of performances commemorating his work on Broadway — featuring performers who have starred in Stone’s productions over the past years. This year’s gala, with James M. Nederlander as honorary chair, will be held on Monday, May 2, at Cipriani 42nd Street.

In addition to his work on Wicked, Stone has had several successful Broadway transfers in collaboration with Second Stage Theater, including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Next to Normal.

In tandem with his work as a producer, Stone has lectured on theater and serves on several boards, including Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Tickets for the gala start at $1,500. For more information, call the Second Stage office at (212) 787-8302, ext. 118.
