Broadway's The Illusionists, which ended its second Great White Way engagement on January 3 at the Neil Simon Theatre, recouped its initial investment in just over six weeks of performances. The original production, which ran during the 2014 holiday season, recouped its $1.75 million investment during its initial run, as well.

The magic show, described as a "mind-blowing spectacular [that] showcases the jaw-dropping talents of seven of the most incredible illusionists on earth," was conceived and produced by Simon Painter.

Jonathan Goodwin (The Daredevil), James More (The Deceptionist), and Raymond Crowe (The Unusualist) joined returning audience favorites Yu Ho-Jin (The Manipulator), Jeff Hobson (The Trickster), Dan Sperry (The Anti-Conjurer), and Adam Trent (The Futurist).

The show's creative team included Neil Dorward (director) and Jim Millan (creative director), with Tim Lawson as executive producer.
