School of Rock Announces Digital Lottery

The new musical features an original score by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyricist Glenn Slater, with a book by Julian Fellowes.

School of Rock has announced the launch of an online ticket lottery, which will open daily at 12:01am ET for entrants to win a limited number of $37 same-day tickets to that day’s performances.

Interested parties can enter here. Winners will be notified by email immediately upon drawing and must present their photo ID at the Winter Garden Theatre box office at least 30 minutes before the start of the corresponding performance to purchase tickets.

Based on the hit 2003 film, School of Rock tells the story of a down-on-his-luck wannabe rock star named Dewey Finn, who poses as a substitute teacher at a prep school and enlists his fifth-graders to form a rock group and conquer Battle of the Bands. Laurence Connor directs the new musical, featuring a score by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Glenn Slater and a book by Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes.

Alex Brightman leads the cast as Dewey Finn, alongside Sierra Boggess as Principal Rosalie Mullins. The supporting cast includes Spencer Moses as Ned, Mamie Parris as Patty, Evie Dolan as Katie, Carly Gendell as Marcy, Ethan Khusidman as Mason, Bobbi MacKenzie as Tomika, Dante Melucci as Freddy, Brandon Niederauer as Zack, Luca Padovan as Billy, Jared Parker as Lawrence, and Isabella Russo as Summer.
