Original Pocahontas Judy Kuhn Celebrates the Disney Film's 20th Anniversary

The Tony nominee joins her ”Fun Home” composer Jeanine Tesori to perform “Colors of the Wind” with a little added flair.

Disney's beloved cartoon musical Pocahontas celebrates its 20th anniversary on June 23. The special occasion adds another exciting event to Fun Home star Judy Kuhn's June calendar, which already includes a trip to the Tony Awards where she will celebrate her fourth career nomination. Kuhn, who provided the singing voice for the film's title character, decided to commemorate the landmark by having some Fun Home fun with the movie's signature tune "Colors of the Wind." She and Fun Home composer Jeanine Tesori took to the keyboard (using its many funky settings) to perform the song in a host of styles — and in each one, it sounds like no time has passed at all.
