Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton Mixtape to Feature Kelly Clarkson, Sia, Busta Rhymes, and More

The album is finally available for preorder.

The Hamilton Mixtape, a new CD inspired by Lin-Manuel Miranda's Broadway juggernaut Hamilton, is coming to record stores and will be available for preorder beginning Friday, November 4. Miranda announced the news on his Twitter account.

According to an Amazon U.K. listing, the album will be released December 2, with a track list that features Miranda's demos, and new versions of Hamilton songs performed by the likes of Busta Rhymes, Nas, Sia, Kelly Clarkson, Ashanti, and many others. Miranda released the complete track listing on his Twitter account, as well:

Directed by Thomas Kail and inspired by Ron Chernow's biography Alexander Hamilton, Hamilton explores the life of the American founding father and first Secretary of the Treasury, as well as his experiences as an orphan of the British West Indies who immigrated to the 13 Colonies and helped shape the United States of America. The show, which had its world premiere at the Public Theater, features a hip-hop score by Tony winner Lin-Manuel Miranda, who also stars as the title character
