Glee star and Broadway veteran Darren Criss began his limited 12-week engagement in Broadway's Hedwig and the Angry Inch on April 29, and TheaterMania was on hand to capture his curtain call.

Criss returns to Broadway in the musical's title role, opposite Rebecca Naomi Jones, who plays the role of Hedwig's roadie husband, Yitzhak. The show follows the titular transgender rock performer as she recounts her life during a concert at Broadway's Belasco Theatre, where the musical runs. Directed by Michael Mayer and featuring musical staging by Spencer Liff, Hedwig and the Angry Inch features a score by Stephen Trask, a book by John Cameron Mitchell. Justin Craig serves as musical director of The Angry Inch band, alongside Justin Craig (guitar and keyboards), Matt Duncan (bass), Tim Mislock (guitar), and Peter Yanowitz (drums).
