Allison Janney and the Cast of Six Degrees of Separation Celebrate Opening Night

Performances continue at the Ethel Barrymore Theater through July 16.

The Broadway revival of John Guare's Six Degrees of Separation opened last night, April 25, at the Ethel Barrymore Theater. Trip Cullman (Significant Other) directs the production, set to continue through July 16.

Seven-time Emmy Award winner Allison Janney (The West Wing) and Tony Award winner John Benjamin Hickey (The Normal Heart) star as Ouisa and Flan, alongside Corey Hawkins (Straight Outta Compton) as Paul.

The production also features Tony Carlin (Fish in the Dark) as the Doorman, Michael Countryman (Privacy) as Larkin, James Cusati-Moyer (A Soldier's Tale) as the Hustler, Ned Eisenberg (Rocky) as Dr. Fine, Lisa Emery (Casa Valentina) as Kitty, Keenan Jolliff (Youth in Oregon) as Woody, Peter Mark Kendall (Mercury Fur) as Rick, Cody Kostro (Dead Poet's Society) as Doug, Sarah Mezzanotte (The Wolves) as Elizabeth, Colby Minifie (Long Day's Journey Into Night) as Tess, Paul O'Brien (The Importance of Being Ernest) as the Detective, Chris Perfetti (Everybody) as Trent, Ned Riseley (Poster Boy) as Ben, and Michael Siberry (Spamalot) as Geoffrey.

Janney and Hickey play a wealthy New York couple who are captivated by the arrival of a young con man (Hawkins) purporting to be the son of actor Sidney Poitier.

The design team includes Mark Wendland (sets), Ben Stanton (lighting), Darron L. West (sound), Clint Ramos (costumes), Lucy Mackinnon (projections), and Charles LaPointe (wigs).
