5 Times the Fiddler on the Roof Sisters Could Be Mistaken for Real Sisters

Alexandra Silber, Samantha Massell, and Melanie Moore have a real bond — onstage and off.

Move over, Schuyler Sisters — Tevye's daughters are in town. Alexandra Silber (Tzeitel), Samantha Massell (Hodel), and Melanie Moore (Chava) formed a deep friendship as they prepared to take the stage in the new Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof. Their bond is so great that they could really be mistaken for actual, real-life sisters. Here are 5 examples of how that could have happened. (And we're sure they'd be cool with it.)

1. When they watched their papa Tevye (Danny Burstein) perform "To Life" during the Fiddler on the Roof press junket.

2. When they saw their marquee for the first time.

3. When Alexandra Silber bought them (and their onstage lovers) character-themed T-shirts.

4. When Samantha and Melanie went out for pizza on a night off.

5. When they were so excited to see each other at their opening-night party that all they could do was group-hug.
