Dan Gordon's play Irena's Vow, which had a sold-out run Off-Broadway, will begin performances at Broadway's Walter Kerr Theatre on March 10, with an official opening slated for March 29. The show, which is directed by Michael Parva, will once again star Tovah Feldshuh, Sandi Carroll, Tracee Chimo, Steven Hauck, Scott Klavan, Peter Reznikoff, Thomas Ryan, Gene Silvers, John Stanisci, and Maja Wampuszyc.

The drama tells the story of Irena Gut Opdyke, who was forced to work as head housekeeper for a very prominent major, during the German occupation of Poland. Over a two year period of service, Irena would be confronted with the choice to protect twelve Jewish refugees who secretly fell under her care.

The creative team includes Kevin Judge (Scenic Design), David Castaneda (Lighting Design), Astrid Brucker (Costume Design), Quentin Chiappetta (Sound Design/Composer) and Alex Koch (Projection Design).

Feldshuh is best known for Golda's Balcony, a role which earned her a Tony Award nomination and numerous other awards. She was also Tony-nominated for Lend Me a Tenor, Yentl, and Sarava. Her additional Broadway credits include Cyrano and the revue Rodgers & Hart, and her film and television credits include Kissing Jessica Stein, Law & Order, and Holocaust.
