The Broadway revivals of All My Sons and The Seagull have both announced that they have recouped their investments.
All My Sons' $3.25 million capitalization is the highest capitalization of a commercial play ever to be recouped. The production -- directed by Simon McBurney and starring John Lithgow, Dianne Wiest, Patrick Wilson, and Katie Holmes -- is set to end its limited engagement at the Gerald Schonfeld Theatre on January 11.
The Royal Court Theatre's production of The Seagull -- directed by Ian Rickson and starring Kristin Scott Thomas and Peter Sarsgaard -- will conclude its engagement on December 21 at the Walter Kerr Theatre.
