 | Dame Edna Everage
(© Kevin Berne) | Dame Edna Everage's new Broadway show, It's All About Me, will play a Shubert Theatre to be announced, with previews beginning March 6, and an opening set for March 23. The production will be directed by four-time Tony Award winner Jerry Zaks.
Barry Humphries, aka Dame Edna Everage, has been performing for over 50 years. He has also starred in such shows as Dame Edna: Back with a Vengeance and Dame Edna: The Royal Tour, for which he won the Drama Desk award for Outstanding Solo Performance and received a Special Tony Award for Live Theatrical Presentation.
Zaks' many Broadway credits include A Bronx Tale, Guys and Dolls, Six Degrees of Separation, Lend Me a Tenor, The House of Blues Leaves, and Anything Goes.
