Broadway's Guys and Dolls to Close June 14; National Tour to Launch in 2010

The Broadway revival of Guys and Dolls at the Nederlander Theatre will close following the Sunday, June 14 performance. At that time, it will have played 28 previews, and 113 regular performances.

The revival is directed by Tony Award winner Des McAnuff and choreographed by Sergio Trujillo. The principal cast includes Craig Bierko as Sky Masterson, Kate Jennings Grant as Sarah Brown, Lauren Graham as Miss Adelaide, Oliver Platt as Nathan Detroit, Tituss Burgess as Nicely Nicely Johnson, Glenn Fleshler as Big Jule, Adam Lefevre as Lt. Brannigan, Jim Ortlieb as Arvide, Steve Rosen as Benny Southstreet, and Mary Testa as General Cartwright.

The creative team includes Sergio Trujillo (choreography), Ted Sperling (musical direction), Robert Brill (set design), Paul Tazewell (costume design), Howell Binkley (lighting design), and Steve Canyon Kennedy (sound design).

There will be a national tour of the production that will launch in the 2010-2011 season. Tour route, dates and casting will be announced at a later date.
