F. Murray Abraham, Dylan Baker, and Katie Finneran will join previously announced stars Bobby Cannavale and Alison Pill in the New York premiere production of Theresa Rebeck's Mauritius at Manhattan Theatre Club's Biltmore Theater. The show, to be directed by Tony Award winner Doug Hughes, will begin performances on September 13 and will open officially on October 4.

Co-produced by Manhattan Theatre Club and Boston's Huntington Theatre Company, where the show debuted last season, the play is a dark comedy about two half-sisters who inherit a rare stamp collection. Rebeck's other plays include The Scene, Bad Dates, and Omnium Gatherum, for which she and co-author Alexandra Gersten-Vassilaros were named finalists for the Pulitzer Prize.

The production team for Mauritius includes John Lee Beatty (scenic design), Catherine Zuber (costume design), and David Van Tieghem (original music and sound design). Hughes is currently represented on Broadway by Inherit the Wind. He won a Tony Award for his direction of Doubt, and was also nominated for his work on Frozen.

Abraham, who will play Sterling, won an Academy Award for Amadeus; he most recently appeared on stage in TFANA's The Merchant of Venice and The Jew of Malta. Baker, who will play Philip, received a Tony nomination for La Bete; his many stage credits include Eastern Standard and Not About Heroes. Finneran, who will play Mary, won a Tony Award for Noises Off and most recently appeared on stage in Pig Farm.

Cannavale, who will play Dennis, has previously appeared Off-Broadway in Fucking A and in the 2005 revival of Hurlyburly; he won an Emmy Award for his recurring role of Vince on Will & Grace. Pill, who received a Tony nomination for her work in The Lieutenant of Inishmore, co-starred in MTC's recent production of Blackbird.
