(© Joseph Marzullo/Retna) | Full cast and creative team have been announced for Lincoln Center's Broadway revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein's classic 1949 musical South Pacific, to run March 1-June 22. The production, which will open officially on April 3, will be directed by Bartlett Sher, with choreography by Christopher Gattelli.
As previously announced, the show will star Kelli O'Hara as Nellie Forbush, Paulo Szot as Emile deBecque, Loretta Ables Sayr as Bloody Mary, Matthew Morrison as Lieutenant Joe Cable, and Danny Burstein as Luther Billis.
The show will also feature Sean Cullen, Victor Hawks, Luka Kain, Li Jun Li, Laurissa Romain, Thomas G. Waites, Noah Weisberg, Becca Ayers, Wendi Bergimani, Genson Bimline, Grady McLeod Bowman, Charlie Brady, Matt Caplan, Christian Carter, Helmar Augustus Cooper, Jeremy Davis, Margot de la Barre, Christian Delcroix, Laura Marie Duncan, Mike Evariste, Laura Griffith, Lisa Howard, Maryann Hu, Zachary James, Robert Lenzi, Garrett Long, Nick Mayo, George Merrick, William Michals, Kimber Monroe, Emily Morales, Darius Nichols, George Psomas, Andrew Samonsky, and Jerold E. Solomon.
The creative team will include Michael Yeargan (sets), Catherine Zuber (costumes), Donald Holder (lighting), Scott Lehrer (sound), Robert Russell Bennett (orchestrations), and Ted Sperling (musical direction).
