Foster's other Broadway credits include Little Shop of Horrors (for which he received Tony Award and Drama Desk nominations for Best Actor in a Musical), Urinetown, Footloose, and Grease. He first played the role of Leo in June 2004; this will be his fourth stint in the long-running show.
The Producers opened on Broadway in April 2001 and won a record-setting 12 Tony Awards. The show also stars Brad Musgrove as Carmen Ghia, Bill Nolte as Franz Liebkind, Lee Roy Reams as Roger DeBris, and Angie Schworer as Ulla.
