WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg's award-winning musical Les Misérables, produced by Cameron MacKintosh, returns to Broadway. Based on the novel by Victor Hugo, the musical is set in 19th-century France and tells the epic story of Jean Valjean, a man in search of personal redemption, who is pursued by Inspector Javert. The two men are in a constant battle of wits and wills, and soon both find themselves in the middle of a revolution, the aftermath of which will determine all their fates.
