The search is on for musical theatre's next undiscovered star! NYMF's popular annual talent competition, now in its fourth year, exposes the freshest new performers to an audience of fans and musical theatre legends alike. As singers vie for the prize of their very own solo concert, you make the vote that will decide their fate. Special celebrity judges weigh in on the fun; this year's judges include Orfeh and Bailey Hanks (Legally Blonde), and Marc Kudish (9 to 5) for Round One, hosted by Diana DeGarmo (Hairspray, Toxic Avenger). Round Two will include judges Donna Lynne Champlin and Alexander Gemignani (Sweeney Todd) and composer/ lyricist Paul Scott Goodman (Rooms),hosted by Kate Shindle (Legally Blonde). Round Three includes judges Jonathan Groff (Spring Awakening and new film Taking Woodstock), Kacie Sheik and Allison Case (Hair) and record producer Noah Corman of Sh-K-Boom Records, hosted by Susan Blackwell ([title of show]).
