Question: "What if a woman decided to tell the truth about her own life?" Answer: "The world would break open." Three accomplished performers decide to tell the truth about their lives in an evening of solo one-act plays. They conjure family ghosts, lost youth and childhood heroines; the intimate 50-seat theater becomes like a campfire circle where funny and poignant stories are re-enacted. Kate Nugent performs Teeth, a re-telling of the 1984 Westport Junior Miss Pageant, complete with original choreography. In Amy Goldfarb's Next Stop, our heroine confronts the limits of suburban motherhood and wonders what her next stop will be. A girl comes of age in Vienna, Amsterdam and her father's library in Stranger Here Myself, performed by Margie Zohn. Don't miss this eclectic and inspiring evening of theater!
