Welcome to the decadence of 1920's Berlin where Cliff, a lost American writer, enters the Kit Kat Club and gets caught in a sea of painted lips and rouged cheeks. He meets Sally Bowles, a burlesque star, who ensnares him with her wiles. History is in the making as the Nazis rise to power.
