Synopsis

One of Broadway's most overlooked masterpieces, this romantic and achingly beautiful musical deals with the universal subject of love, in all its wondrous, humorous, and ironic permutations. Set to the elegant flow of a waltz and inspired by Ravel, Stephen Sondheim's score, which includes "Send In the Clowns," is brought to life by a Broadway cast including Christine Ebersole, Ron Raines, and Mary Louise Wilson collaborating with Fellows of the Tanglewood Music Center.
