WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Take an introspective and moving journey through the songs that inspired Maureen McGovern's early career before her breakout hit, the Academy Award-winning The Morning After. In A Long and Winding Road,/b>, the beloved singer returns to her folk roots and celebrates her long love affair with the early works of Jimmy Webb, Carole King, Bob Dylan, Randy Newman, and others.
Includes such favorites as "The Circle Game," "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?," "The Moon's a Harsh Mistress," "Imagine," "Fire and Rain," and many other gems. Don't miss this evening of classic, timeless, and memorable music. A co-production with Washington D.C.'s Arena Stage.
