The full cast and creative team have been announced for Nora Theatre Company's production of Dario Fo's We Won't Pay! We Won't Pay!, playing Central Square Theater, September 4-28. Daniel Gidron will direct Ron Jenkins' translation.
Fo's satire, written in 1974, is a farcical comedy about a housewives' revolt against out of control inflation which looks at hypocrisy, injustice, and liberation.
The cast will include Stephanie Clayman as Antonia, Elise Manning as Margherita, Rob Najarian as Luigi, Antonia Ocampo-Guzman in multiple roles, and Scott Severance as Giovanni. The creative team will include Brynna Bloomfield (set design), Gail Astrid Buckley (costume design), Dewey Dellay (sound design), and Scott Pinkney (lighting design).
