North Shore Music Theatre Returns Under New Leadership, Announces 2010 Season

North Shore Music Theatre (NSMT), which as previously announced closed in June 2009, is now back in business. The theater — now led by Bill Hanney (Owner/Producer) and Evans Haile (Producing Artistic Director) — will offer a quintet of productions in the coming months.

The 2010 NSMT season will begin with a revival of Jule Styne, Stephen Sondheim and Arthur Laurents’ Gypsy (July 6-25). Also on the schedule are productions of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (August 3-22), David Yazbeck and Jeffrey Lane’s Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (September 21-October 10), and the multi-award-winning A Chorus Line (November 2-21). The final entry in the company’s year will be a production of A Christmas Carol (December 3-23), to be directed by Jon Kimbell.
