Dr. Prentice's stabs at extramarital seduction are interrupted by the unexpected arrival of his wife, who has just returned from a sexual misadventure of her own. Enter an overly enthusiastic hospital inspector and a dim-witted policeman, and thus begins a hilarious series of twists and turns as Dr. Prentice tries to hide his lusty behavior and his wife tries to protect her paramour from the police who seek him out.
