For their 10th Anniversary, Anthony Williams brings his Urban Nutcracker to Wheelock Family Theatre. This Boston holiday classic jump starts the traditional Ballet with inner city edginess and features the professional BalletRox dance company and over 50 local children. The Urban Nutcracker follows the original fairy tale but is set in contemporary Boston and fuses ballet, swing, hip hop, and tap with music from Tchaikovsky to Ellington.
