In this twisted re-telling of the biblical story of The Three Wise Men, Balthasar, Malchior, and Caspar set off in search of Joseph the Carpenter, not because they want to meet his baby, but because Joseph owes them money. The three bumbling crooks stumble across every possible manner of hurdle on their way to intercept Joseph. In light-hearted madcap form, the three friends manage to find lepers, lovers, and laughs all before they find what they're looking for.
