Poe, Shakespeare, Longfellow. Great Poets are eternal. Alas, none of them will be in appearance anywhere near The Bad Poet's Society, a loving tribute to the world's worst verse; from the inept poesy of Scotland's William McGonagall, to the lyric dementia of Nick Kenny, a poet in love with the US Navy.
Comedian Jimmy Tingle will kick off the festivities with his own special reading!
Join Jimmy Tingle's Off Broadway in celebrating the vital works of these third-rate enthusiasts who poured their hearts into the world of poetry...and still came up short!
