WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Sofrito is a popular sauce that can be found in Cuban and Puerto Rican cooking - a heady blend of onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes and oregano. It's sizzling and full of flavor and the perfect metaphor to describe David Gonzalez's ¡Sofrito! -- a vivid mix of stories and music, theater, jazz and salsa. This show is a musical experience with the cultural impact of the "Buena Vista Social Club" - but for the whole family!
