WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The Lyric Stage company opens its 2000-2001 season with Side Man, Warren Leight's Tony Award-winning play. Heartwarming and touching, this powerful memory play is narrated by Clifford, the son of a jazz trumpeter. It explores the father's immersion into the jazz world and the effect it had on his family. Spiro Veloudos directs.
