JRV Productions presents two one-act plays:
Sailing Down the Amazon by Rosanna Yamagiwa Alfaro
When the doctor orders Rima to schedule an MRI she books a cruise down the Amazon instead. June Lewin* plays Rima at 70, a tough old bird, still alluring but not always loveable, a woman desperate to survive.
Haiku by Kate Snodgrass
Winner of the prestigious Actors' Theatre of Louisville's Heideman Award. Billie pays a rare visit to her aging mother Nell and her disabled sister Louise. What astonishing change in Louise has prompted Nell to summon Billie home?
