WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The Boston debut in the Merrimack Repertory Theatre of N. Richard Nash's THE RAINMAKER. Set on the Curry family's drought stricken farm, "plain" Lizzie longs for love. Enter Starbuck, the handsome stranger who claims he can bring rain. This tumultous tale reveals the power of belief and the seductive appeal of a stranger.
