The PuppetSLAM parallels artistic slams of poetry and writing. Dynamic performances from emerging artists and accomplished performers will present collections of fractured classics, social commentary, and humorous vignettes. Audiences will be entertained and intrigued by adult puppet theatre, which expands the imagination in this memorable night of puppetry "without a safety net".

PuppetSLAMs present eight to ten short performances by various artists, and has been acclaimed as the driving force of the Puppets at Night series for over ten years. The Puppets at Night series demonstrates that puppetry is a medium capable of mature artistic expression fueled by humor, drama and passion.
