Conn Artist Performance Event, Inc. presents Park Bench Encounters: Lesbian, Gay, Straight as part of the 2004 Provincetown Fringe Festival.

Alphabet of Flowers, by Elyse Nass
Performed by Marjorie Conn and Karen Maloney (a staged reading)
2 women meet for a planned reunion on a park bench having been lovers many years before.

The Cat Connection, by Elyse Nass
Performed by Karen Maloney and Ellen Mulroney (a staged reading)
A humorous and touching play about 2 women meeting accidentally on a park bench while awaiting the arrival of a stray cat who they have both been feeding.

Strictly Platonic, by David Mauriello, Directed by Karen Maloney
Performed by Paul Roberts & Beau Babineau (NOT a staged reading)
A play about an encounter between 2 men on a park bench, a sensitive philosopher and a virile carpenter who play cat and mouse with romance.
