Set in New York City, Merrily We Roll Along tells the story of a wealthy, jaded composer and film producer, Franklin Shepard, and his two estranged friends. The show begins at the end of their friendship and takes us backwards through time as it traces the lives of the three through each milestone of their personal and professional lives. Several of the show's songs have become Broadway favorites, including "Not a Day Goes By," "Good Thing Going," "Old Friends," and "Our Time."
