Huntington Theatre Company presents Forbidden Broadway: Special Victims Unit, created, written, and directed by Gerard Alessandrini.
The backstage catfights of Wicked, the disconcerting proliferation of puppets on the Great White Way (Avenue Q), and the endless stream of mindless jukebox musicals (Mamma Mia!, Movin' Out, etc.) are among the Broadway topics ripe for satire as the Huntington Theatre Company presents, direct from New York City, the critically acclaimed 2005 edition of Forbidden Broadway: Special Victims Unit at the Stanford Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts.
