Written by and starring Broadway triple-threat Tom Judson, Canned Ham is a hilarious, moving and sexy solo show, recounting Tom's true life adventures from Off-Off Broadway composer to appearing in the Tony-winning revival of Cabaret to becoming, of all things, porn superstar Gus Mattox -- winner of the GayVN "Performer of the Year" Award, the adult film industry's equivalent of the Oscar! As directed by Kevin Malony, Tom exposes insider experiences working with such showbiz greats as Chicago film director Rob Marshall, Desperate Housewives' Teri Hatcher, cult movie star Ann Magnuson, among others, all the while accompanying himself on the accordion. And the piano. And the clarinet. And the pitch pipe. And, of course, revealing what it's really like on the set of a porn movie.
